Terms of service
Last updated 15 October 2026
These terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Ravar Technologies (“we”), for your use of CommentRouter. By signing in you accept them. If you use CommentRouter for an organisation, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.
The service
CommentRouter lets you read and act on comments from your Facebook, Instagram, Threads and LinkedIn accounts in one place, set up moderation rules, send Instagram comment-to-DM replies and schedule posts. It works through PostPeer and the platforms’ own APIs, so what it can do on each platform depends on them. When a platform changes or removes a feature, the matching CommentRouter feature may change or stop working.
Your account and team
- You sign in with a link we email you. Keep access to that inbox secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
- Workspace owners decide who joins and what role they have, and are responsible for what their team does in the workspace.
- You must be at least 16, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
Connected accounts and automatic actions
- Only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
- By connecting an account, you authorise CommentRouter to read its posts and comments and to reply, hide, delete, send DMs and publish when you, a teammate, a rule or an automation asks it to.
- Rules and automations act without a person checking each comment, and the AI tone check can be wrong. You are responsible for the rules and automations you turn on and for what they send. Review them regularly.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the rules of Meta, LinkedIn or any other connected platform, including their messaging and automation policies;
- use automations to send spam, or DMs people didn’t ask for by commenting;
- post or send content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful or infringes someone else’s rights;
- try to get around usage limits, access other workspaces, or disrupt the service;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it.
Fees and usage limits
The plan costs $15 a month per workspace, as shown on the pricing page. [BILLING TERMS: how and when you are charged, renewal, refunds and taxes.] Each workspace has a monthly allowance of credits for billable actions such as publishing and post discovery; it resets on the first of each month. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice to workspace owners.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you and your connected accounts bring into CommentRouter. You give us permission to store, process and send it only as needed to run the service for you.
Availability
We work to keep CommentRouter running, but we don’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. The service is provided “as is”. Platforms and providers we rely on can be slow, unavailable or change without notice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time: an owner can delete the workspace in Settings. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms or puts the service or its users at risk, and we’ll tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and email workspace owners before the change takes effect. Questions: support@commentrouter.com.
